Evening walk
I love going for early evening walks in the fall time.
The area I live in is beautiful in more ways than one.
And at night it is always all lit up so you can see that beauty. The other thing about taking evening walks this time of the year is the fact that the air quality is really good. At other times of the year, the air quality in the area can get to be a real drag at times. But this time of the year there is nothing but perfect air quality! The air quality is so good that it is even better than having a whole home air purification system in your home. I am not kidding on that. I feel so refreshed every single time I come in from one of those evening walks. Even if it is a little chilly outside, I can still enjoy it and come in to my central heating. My central HVAC unit that I have in my home is top notch and does have a whole home air purification system in it. Though, like I was mentioning, this time of the year there really is no need to use the whole home air purification system because the outdoor air quality is so great. You can actually open the window in the day when it is warmer out and let the great air quality clean the indoor air in your home. Then at night put the heater on and still retain that great air quality without the use of the whole home air purification system!
