I use the air conditioner like crazy when I'm traveling and staying in hotels
When I’m in my own home, I’m the bad cop when it finally comes to the thermostat setting.
While I don’t recognizably like this role, it’s 1 I have to embrace to keep our heating, ventilation, and A/C costs from ballooning.
Where the two of us actually live, there is not all that much to worry about when it comes to heating, ventilation, and A/C heating needs; but the heat pump might come on a handful of times all Winter long, then our region has a cooling need far more than it has a heating meat. That said, the heating, ventilation, and A/C cooling in this space is not cheap. This is why I’m taxing the thermostat staying no more than 15 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. This goes double during the afternoon during the peak heating hours; then however, 1 nice thing about being the thermostat cop is that I use the savings to help pay for our accommodations when the two of us go on a long trip. Our immense trip is at the end of summer, but both of us are going away to the beach for numerous charming weeks, and no hotel for us thank you; instead the two of us rent a trip home. It’s minutes to the beach and it comes with amazing residential heating, ventilation, and A/C along with a suite of heating, ventilation, and A/C technology. This is an absolutely immense deal for me because our beach trip is the 1 time of year that I go nuts when it comes to the thermostat setting. The zone controlled heating, ventilation, and A/C allows me to have a thermostat in our entryway… Unfortunately this requires my patient wife to wear long pajamas the whole time because I crank the air conditioner down so low; then still, I also like to get my currency’s worth when it comes to the air conditioner for those numerous glorious weeks every year.
