We didn't have to remove old ductwork with ductless HVAC

The fact that both of us were so uneasy to have our own new home may have led us to missing a few details.

For sure, both of us did the normal new home inspection as well as all of that prior to closing; this finally revealed that there would be some pretty harsh renovations to make to the new home in order for it to be the new home both of us wanted it to be… But a major challenge was the heating as well as A/C equipment, and we knew going in that the heating as well as A/C device was old as well as had to be upgraded with new residential heating as well as A/C unit.

That’s definitely something both of us budgeted for as well as were going to stay with the central a/c as well as simply add a new heat pump. There were other concerns that had to be addressed in our new home as well. This led to our focus being a bit fractured. When both of us did get to the point where both of us were also ready to have the heating as well as A/C device upgraded, both of us called the local heating as well as A/C corporation. The heating as well as the A/C supplier came to our new home as well. He was great, and before he did anything, the heating as well as A/C professional checked the heating as well as the A/C system. What he found was something both of us weren’t counting on. The HVAC duct would not pass inspection… It would not task with the new heating as well as A/C component as well as it had to be upgraded. This was definitely something that was way out of our budget as well as so both of us were unsure of what to do next. The central heating as well as A/C supplier then recommended that both of us go with a ductless multi chop system. Not only was this entire ductless heat pump program within our budget, both of us didn’t have to go through the chaos of ripping out the HVAC duct as well as completely replacing it.
