I'm impressed by the apartment's heating and cooling system
It drove me absolutely mad, even back then
When I originally moved into our new apartment, it was because I didn’t really believe I had a real choice, but I was originally trying to move into a home… But the homes nowadays are just too high-priced; however, so then my friend and I looked into renting, but most of the homes either weren’t the nicest or were too high-priced as well. So faced with the opening of being homeless, I decided to go ahead plus just transfer into another apartment; however, our experience with apartments has not been the best, so I was not expecting much. I had only lived once in an apartment, plus it was when I was a child; but the experience I still remember, and the first problem I had was that it seems like a lot of apartments have noisy neighbors. I had at least 4 neighbors close to me, plus they made sure to randomly scream plus make noises at 4 in the afternoon. If I didn’t have the random screaming, it was just blasting TV all afternoon, 24/7. They regularly played the same show plus episode as well; then even though I had never watched the show, it got to the point where I could recite what they were going to say, exactly as they were saying it. It drove me absolutely mad, even back then. The minute thing was the cooling system issues! Constant heating as well as air conditioning issues in the apartments, plus the landlord was not helpful in getting a heating as well as air conditioning specialist out to service the heating plus cooling system machine… But my parents ended up having to pay their own cooling system worker to maintain the cooling device; however, after living in our new locale for a little while, I have to say that I am extremely surprised. The neighbors are quiet, plus the heating plus cooling is also top notch.
