The apartment has really good HVAC inside
When I originally moved into our current apartment, it was because I didn’t really think I had a choice; I was originally trying to transfer into a home, but homes nowadays are just too expensive… But after that I looked into renting, but most of the homes either weren’t the nicest or were too expensive as well.
- So faced with the option of being homeless, I decided to go ahead plus just transfer into an apartment; however, our experience with apartments has not been the best, so I was not expecting much.
I had only lived once in an apartment, plus it was when I was a child, but the experience I still remember, but the first problem I had was that it seems like a lot of apartments have noisy neighbors. I had four different neighbors close to me, plus they made sure to randomly scream plus make noises at 4 in the day. If I didn’t have the random screaming, it was just blasting cable all day, 24/7. They always played the same show plus episode as well, even though I had never watched the show, it got to the point where I could recite what they were going to say, exactly as they were saying it. It drove me absolutely mad, even back then. The hour thing was the air conditioner problems! Constant HVAC problems in the apartments, plus the proprietor was not helpful in getting an HVAC serviceman out to maintain the heating plus air conditioner machine… However, my parents ended up having to spend money on their own air conditioner worker to maintain the cooling device; but then after living in our current location for a little while, I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. The neighbors are quiet, plus the heating plus cooling is top notch.
