Signs of legitimately bad central a/c troubles occurring from Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker
Having a fiance who is legitimately handy around the house helps a lot.
- He does a lot of things around the house that I could possibly never figure out or legitimately do.
Not to mention it’s great that he knows a ton about Heating, Ventilation, and A/C because he is a licensed Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker for a local supplier in a neighborhood that my nice friend and I live in. He just recently inspected our a/c because my nice friend and I are switching from using the boiler to our a/c, now that the temperatures are getting warmer. I like to go downstairs and see what he does when he inspects the a/c. I would like to learn more about heating and cooling so I have a better idea of what to expect out of our unit. I was down there with him while he was changing the air filter and he was telling me some early a/c troubles that could occur with an a/c unit. One of these troubles is that the a/c unit could be running however there is no cool air coming out of the vents. It’s just a moderate stagnant air. Another problem is that there are unusual sounds coming from the condenser or the compression unit. He also told me that if I ever hear something like that and that the sounds are entirely unusual that I should turn off the unit and call for repair instantly. Another problem that can occur is a leak or a dripping circuit breaker. This is also a major problem that should be dealt with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals and they should be called instantly.
