Six weeks ago, my wife & I started shopping for a new house, the two of us were living in a small starter condo with just numerous dining rooms & 1 powder room. It was big enough for both of us when we got married, however now we are starting to know about youngsters! My wife & I knew we would need a bigger condo if we were going to get pregnant. The two of us found something honestly nice in a town close to our outdated location. The condo is close to shopping, diners, & the freeway. My wife & I were thrilled to find a condo with a basement. My parents condo had a basement & we turned that part into a rec room. I thought it could be fun to turn our basement into a playroom for the youngsters, unluckyly, after living in the condo for numerous weeks, I have noticed a small amount of mold growing on the basement wall. I suppose this is a major problem, so I called a mold remediation specialist to help. The mold remediation specialist came by last weekend to look at the problem. The two of us have some excess moisture on the east side of the room, however the mold remediation specialist was determined to solve the problem… She locationd a dehumidifier near the wall. She told my wife & I to keep the dehumidifier running throughout the entire week, but when the dehumidifier was installed, the amount of moisture in the basement was 70%! After running the dehumidifier for 7 mornings, the amount of moisture in the basement was all the way down to 25%. The unit worked honestly well.
