I am selling my house because of heating issues.
I am sick and tired of being cold all winter long in the house that I am living in.
I bought this house about three years ago, and I did not realize that the house had heating issues. It is a really old house, and I assume that is why I am having so many heating issues. The windows are old, and someone told me that they don’t think my house has much insulation, and that would definitely add to the heat loss. I love the house so much, and it makes me so sad to have to part with this beautiful old house, but I really don’t want to be cold anymore. I am naturally a cold person, and I have trouble staying warm no matter where I am in the wintertime, and I definitely don’t need a house that is cold on top of that. I found a smaller, much newer house, and I think the owners are going to accept my offer on it. I am putting this house up for sale no matter what. I would rather live in an apartment with adequate heat than freeze in this house one more winter. I know that winter is still a while away, but I want to make sure that I am in a nice warm house before winter hits. My dad suggested that I get a new furnace for the house that I am in now and see if that helps, but I don’t want to waste the money. If the new furnace does not help, then I would be out thousands of dollars. I don’t think a new furnace would solve the problem anyways. Moving is my best option.
