Everyone was driving me crazy; got mini split systems
Sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures.
I’d like to think that this wasn’t the case, but we’ve reached that moment in time; You see, for the past 5 weeks I’ve been trapped indoors with my family. They have been driving me silly for at least the past 4.5 weeks of this ordeal. Unfortunately, there’s no real end in sight when it comes to ending our quarantine or getting everyone out of the condo again. It seems like the people I was with and I might be stuck with this setup for another year. And there was no way I could rest another moment of that. Things started getting taxing when the outdoor air started getting tepid and humid. As the Summer season set in, our outdoor climate needed a extreme overhaul. The indoor air quality was brutally tepid and humid all the time. The teenagers never stopped complaining about the central Heating and A/C settings or thermostat controls from the first afternoon of Summer onward. Of course, they couldn’t go abuse a public Heating and A/C system by going to the films or Starbucks. Instead, they just wanted me to adjust the central Heating and A/C settings moment by moment to compensate for all of their air temperature preferences. I desperately tried to keep everyone happy… for a while. And after that I saw what our energy bills looked like after all that Heating and A/C manipulation. In the end, I went online and bought 3 brand new mini split ductless heating and cooling systems, then each child now has their own Heating and A/C unit. They can adjust the temperature however they want, so long as they leave me alone.
