Worrying about indoor air pollen levels

With all of the recent health concerns, I’m nervous about the indoor air pollen levels of our home, then i live in an section that experiences unquestionably serious weather conditions just about year round! There’s unquestionably few openings to open the windows and let some fresh air inside.

The brutal cold in the Wintertide and horrendous heat and humidity of Summer make it necessary to depend on either the oil furnace or a/c just about non stop.

The cost of yearly energy bills has encouraged me to tighten up the beach house and prevent the heated or cooled air from escaping. I’ve done a superb task of reducing energy waste but I’ve also eliminated ventilation. Any contaminants in the condo become trapped. They get continuously circulated by the oil furnace and a/c and spread to every room in the house. If there’s any allergens accumulated inside the air ducts, this gets introduced into our breathing air every time I adjust the control unit. I worry about bacteria, mold spores, dust, pollen, dander and viruses. I think that cooking, cleaning, pesticides, personal hygiene products and humidity contributes to the problem, then every one of us also have a big dog who sheds a lot. Although I make sure to vacuum and dust correctly, there’s regularly particles floating in the air and collecting on the surfaces. I’ve already observed a musty aroma coming from the supply vents. In the summer, the humidity causes condensation on the windows and troubles with mildew. During the winter, the air gets so horribly dry that the two of us get shocks when the two of us walk across the rug, but chapped lips, bloody noses and frizzy hair are a few of the consequences of insufficient humidity, however polluted indoor air pollen levels threatens the health of our family and the integrity of beach house furnishings. It diminishes comfort, can lead to complications sleeping and cause higher heating and cooling bills. I’ve researched all different types of air quality accessories. There are so many choices that I’m just not sure what would be best for our home.
