Skype date wasn’t so great due to the loud A/C device
I’m not the sort of lady who actually dates.
- Honestly, I keep to myself most of the time and I do not try to welcome strangers into my life in the least.
If I meet somebody and we actually hit it off, maybe there’s an opportunity that we’ll hang out a few times. Maybe we’ll end up having a long-term relationship, but I do not go out looking or trying to find people to entertain me. That’s why I surprised myself when I signed up for an online dating app last week. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to have any success. I do not often get along with other humans or want to spend my time with them. But I met a person who particularly blew me away! Sadly, on our first Skype date my heating, cooling, and air quality control component nearly blew him away! You see, the two of us agreed to have a Skype date so the two of us could stay in the comfort and safety of our own heating and cooling devices. There’s no point in trying to breathe public air right now with the covid-19 pandemic happening. As such, I was glad to stay in the comfort of my own heating, cooling, and air quality control component to keep my germs separate from everyone else’s. Sadly, my heating and cooling device did not get the memo about my quiet, private date. The entire time the two of us were on the Skype call my temperature control component was loudly clicking in the background and my air conditioner device was turning on and off something like a biker rally… Every time the air conditioner device kicked into gear the two of us had to wait several minutes to hear each other over the air quality temperature control equipment. Yeah, it ruined the mood, and so much for that attempt at a sentimental date.
