This past summer, the two of us decided to tackle a sizable project & turn our garage into some extra living space. The two of us had been thinking about doing this for a while, however it seemed enjoy the timing just wasn’t ever right. You know how it is when you’re trying to start a current project. It seems enjoy something always happens & gets in the way; Anyway, over the summer, the two of us finally decided to get the job done. It wasn’t as taxing as the two of us expected it to be, except for a single thing. The two of us ended up having a lot of troubles with getting the Heating & A/C system hooked up for the current living space. At first, the two of us weren’t entirely sure about the heating & cooling situation out there. The two of us talked to an Heating & A/C contractor about it & he told us that the two of us could run current air ducts from the lake house to the garage & keep the garage on the same heating & cooling system that the two of us already had if the two of us wanted to. That wasn’t his recommendation, though, he said that with all of the extra space that would need to be heated & cooled, it would put a major strain on our Heating & A/C unit. He said that he would suggest that the two of us get a new, more powerful furnace & air conditioner equipment if the two of us wanted to do it that way. Otherwise, he said that the two of us could avoid running current air duct if the two of us just wanted to get a ductless mini chop air conditioner equipment for the current space in the garage. That sounded much easyr to us, so that’s what the two of us ended up doing.
