The spare living room is a freezer
My roommate plus I share a several living room apartment however there is a crucial difference between my space plus his space, and i love to think my room plus section of the place is relatively normal, I keep things fairly neat plus thanks to us each having our own zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C, I keep my room at a steady 69 degrees. When he had it cold I was wrapped in blankets plus when I had it at room temperature he was fanning himself plus opening windows. In the end, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology saved us both plus both of us could both be comfortable in the apartment.
