I listened to realtor about Heating & A/C & got an great price for my home

I honestly didn’t realize just how strenuous it would be to sell our home.

It was the first beach home my partner & I purchased together.

Prior to buying our house, the two of us lived in apartments with less than stellar heating & cooling. But it was a way for us to be able to save currency for the down payment. Once my partner got pregnant, the two of us sped up the process & found the home that the two of us stayed in for 30 years. Ironically, the Heating & A/C device the two of us just replaced was put in just a few short years after the two of us first purchased this house. I guess the two of us sort of got taken by the seller on that 1. The Heating & A/C equipment, while I was in great shape, was much older than the seller represented to us. But the two of us didn’t do the checking the two of us should have & that resulted in us having to replace that Heating & A/C equipment. So it was sort of funny when the realtor came out to list our home. The first thing he said was that the Heating & A/C device had to go in favor of more current & efficient heating & cooling equipment. Of course he was right supply the age of the Heating & A/C unit. But he showed myself and others the comps & data about what up-to-date Heating & A/C device can do for the price of a home. It was bewildering to guess that a moderate money outlay for up-to-date Heating & A/C technology would increase the price for a home to that degree. And ultimately, the replacement Heating & A/C device ended up being 1 of the big updates that the two of us did to the house. We actually got that big price swing with it as well. That made selling the home a bit more palatable.
