Fiance getting into short term housing
My fiance is in the rental game business! He consistently is buying homes & current apartments to spruce up.
He then gets the locale updated, cleaned & puts it up for rent… Affordable housing & affordable apartments go love warm cakes in our area! It is not a concern getting a current tenant in the space that he provides, but the next step is that our fiance wants to get into temporary housing situations.
I do a lot of apartment renovations & updates. I consistently am getting rid of appliances & furniture, and my fiance has the plan of doing short term housing solutions. That way people who need to come to the section for a medical procedure, military stay or an extended work trip, can use the temporary housing separate from an issue. All the furniture & appliances would come in handy. My fiance thinks he can charge a lot more since it has everything the guy could want, and since short term rentals are almost love an airbnb, the people should be cleaner, neater & do less disfigure. Additionally, if you guess about the type of guy who is only going to be around for a short time, they always are a little better off financially. My fiance thinks he can have his short term rentals hastily pay back for themselves. He already has a big apartment building that would serve perfectly. It is right in town & near all the local businesses. He is laboring on getting enough supplies to make it a viable solution for people looking for furnished apartments for rent.
