This time of the year is rather odd
Here in the southwest we pretty much have reached what I call the odd time of year… That time is Fall.
It isn’t really like the Fall in normal parts of the world, but here it is super warm in the afternoon plus pretty darn cold in the evening! My central heating plus a/c equipment sure gets a great deal of work this time of the year. Inside the evening I will have my oil furnace on with the temperature control set at 74 degrees. Then, by Noon the next afternoon I pretty much have flipped the temperature control over to the a/c plus the temperature control is set at 80 degrees because it is almost 1 hundred degrees outside! This time of the year lots of people end up getting super sick here because of the dire change in weather. Not to mention, the central heating plus a/c equipment in many people’s homes have breakdowns because of the regular changing from heating to a/c all of the time. This will all happen between October plus late November, but what I easily recommend to reduce the risk of a heating plus a/c equipment breakdowns is to buy yourself a portable space oil furnace to use in the evening. That way you do not have to run your central heating equipment plus save both currency plus life on your central heat plus cooling system unit. This is what I finally ended up doing after all the back plus fourth caused my HVAC equipment to break down last year. I will not let something similar to that happen ever again!
