The apartment heating and cooling is top notch
When I originally moved into my current apartment, it was because I didn’t really feel like I had a choice.
- I was originally trying to move into a home, but homes nowadays are just too expensive.
So then I looked into renting, but most of the homes either weren’t the nicest or were too expensive as well. So faced with the possibility of being homeless, I decided to go ahead and just move into an apartment. However, my experience with apartments has not been the best, so I was not expecting much. I had only lived once in an apartment, and it was when I was a child, but the experience I still remember. The first problem I had was that it seems like a lot of apartments have noisy neighbors. I had four neighbors close to me, and they made sure to randomly scream and make noises at 4 in the morning. If I didn’t have the random screaming, it was just blasting TV all day, 24/7. They always played the same show and episode as well. Even though I had never watched the show, it got to the point where I could recite what they were going to say, exactly as they were saying it. It drove me mad, even back then. The second thing was the A/C issues. Constant HVAC issues in the apartments, and the landlord was not helpful in getting a HVAC technician out to repair the heating and A/C machine. My parents ended up having to pay their own A/C worker to fix the cooling device. But, after living in my current place for a little while, I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. The neighbors are quiet, and the heating and cooling is top notch.
