Air purification equals better respiratory health

For the longest time, I’ve been dealing with head, sinus & chest congestion that keeps hanging on no matter what I do.

That sure wasn’t a good thing during Covid.

It felt as though I was constantly under scrutiny for the virus all the time. Even though I was working from the comfort of my home, I wanted to be sure I was isolated in the basement just in case I was positive for Covid. But again & again, it was like a cold wouldn’t go away. I felt okay enough to work but still pretty much had to drag myself around. And this went on for weeks. Finally, I went to the healthcare worker to see what could be done to change things. The answers surprised me a bit. I needed to make some lifestyle changes immediately. The first thing was to be less sedentary and work on getting out of the house and getting some exercise. On top of the exercise I needed to make diet adjustments too. That was even tougher. However, when the healthcare professional started talking to me about improving the indoor air quality of our home, I didn’t understand. She explained how there are so many airborne contaminants that are attacking my respiratory system when the indoor air quality is poor. This led me to the Heating and A/C professionals where I learned all got to hear more about air purification. Finally, I ended up installing a whole home air cleaner. That turned out to be just the best thing ever. Not only is my respiratory health restored but the home smells lovely all the time.
