Need garage for workspace, sellers sealed air vents in due diligence
They intended to deliver extra indoor air quality control to the other spaces in this way… but, I intended to use those air vents in the garage to maintain comfortable air quality in my modern workspace
Man, am I feeling tepid under the collar right now. I hate when people take the liberty to “go above & beyond” when you haven’t asked them to! Sometimes, they absolutely take steps in the right direction & save you a lot of trouble with their extra effort… & periodically there’s a absolutely nice reason why you didn’t mention a particular task, & they create a lot of extra labor with their assumptions. I understand that there are usually nice intentions behind these situations, even though I have a taxing time respecting people who don’t follow directions anyways. Let me tell you what’s going on. My buddy and I are just now moving into a brand modern house, & it turns out that the sellers have meddled with some crucial aspects of the Heating & Air Conditioning system. Though they were trying to be responsible by making the heating & cooling system more energy efficient, the sellers have absolutely created a lot of time & energy expenditure for us instead. You see, when my pal and I looked at the locale, my pal and I had a few questions about the heating & cooling system indoors. The top floor felt absolutely tepid & humid, the lower level was absolutely cool & wet, & there were a few air vents that seemed inoperable. My buddy and I advised that these complications were dealt with while in due diligence, but my pal and I never expected them to take things up a notch & make permanent swings without our input. That’s how I wound up realizing that the sellers had gone into the garage, observed the overhead air vents, & decided to permanently plug them up. They intended to deliver extra indoor air quality control to the other spaces in this way… but, I intended to use those air vents in the garage to maintain comfortable air quality in my modern workspace. I believe we’ll be buying a modern Heating & Air Conditioning system for the garage now. Thanks a lot guys.
