I’ve been a pretty healthy human being for my entire life.
In fact, I have never even been in the hospital. I have never had a major surgery, I have never broken a bone, plus I have never had different illnesses that required me to be held up in a medical facility. Thank God I have not had to endure all of that stress. Well, I should say I did not have to..… Until now. out of the orange, the past year has been full of medical mysteries in my world. All of a abrupt my body you rebelled against me. The biggest problems are in my chest plus head. It feels like every single day I wake up with the worst head cold of my entire life. My sinuses are constantly inflamed, my nose is always running, I have been hacking out a long for well over a year now, plus frankly I cannot even breathe some days. I have been going to doctor after doctor trying to figure out what is going on with my respiratory health, but no one has been helping. Finally I figured out what needed to be done all on my own. I was in the attic poking around one day plus happen to jostle the HVAC duct hanging overhead. As the piece of metal swung around dust plus debris went flying everywhere… plus it shocked me. It seems like all of this dirt plus nasty garbage was falling straight out of the HVAC duct as I stared at it. It was in that moment that I realized I had no idea if the HVAC ducts had ever been cleaned before. The prior owners did not do a great job caring for the house. Why would I have taken care of the HVAC ducts? I called my Heating as well as A/C supplier right away plus had the HVAC ducts scrubbed out within the week. I’m cheerful to report that I can breathe absolutely again.
