Have you ever heard that old turn of phrase? Sometimes I think about it in depth, because I am trying to get a small business off the ground and have no idea what I’m doing with marketing and advertising, investing in equipment, or paying for professional advice.

That’s why I always spend my excess money on air temperature system maintenance and updated air quality control equipment, realizing that I will make my money back if I spend it in this particular way. How, you ask? Well, when you operate an updated and highly energy efficient AC unit or furnace, you cut down on energy costs each month. You also reduce your home renovation and health costs, since you can readily establish high quality air conditions indoors. Paying a professional HVAC technician to diligently inspect your AC and heating unit each year leads to less repair costs down the line, and maintains the same high quality air over time. When it comes to business decisions, know that every dollar you put into your HVAC system, you will get back out.
