Wednesday & working on the gas hot water heater
It is about 15 minutes to 2pm & I should be done with my work around 2:30, then I will do my yoga & go to the beach for a bit & get some sun while I eat my salad. We are playing in the band later, even though I am not sure where because last night the cops scolded us again for playing songs in the streets. I don’t want them getting miserable & taking my unit or giving us a large fine, all for just entertaining people & having fun. I’m not sure what to think, my Heating & A/C rep buddy was there last night working on the commercial air conditioner system when the cops came, & she told them it isn’t right what they are doing. I’m confused because I feel that what my friend and I are doing is a nice thing for the world, yet the police seem to think differently, & now I don’t know where my friend and I can play. I could just quiet songs & work at the local company doing heating & cooling system work & just get old & die. What kind of life would that be? This world needs songs & us songsians need a place to practice, & playing in the streets is a nice spot because there are people. The heating dealership owner is going to go to the police station & tell them she will provide them a free central heating & air conditioner system if they let us play in the streets again without bothering us. I suppose you call it bribery, but whatever works right!
