I never thought about how my weight was affecting more than my wardrobe.

I was sitting at the table the other day, and I had to get up to turn the thermostat down again.

They said it felt as if they were drowning in the air and they could not wait for the air conditioner at our hotel. The exhausting news was, the people I was with and I were not staying in a new hotel with air conditioner. The people I was with and I were staying with locals who absolutely did not think what an air conditioner unit really was. We were staying with locals who particularly did not know what an a/c component was. This A/C finding was so startling to many of my group members that some of them quit right then and left.
