I bought a heater for my bedroom, but I am not sure that I will actually use it. The reason that I bought the heater in the first place was because I was quite chilly during the evenings in my bedroom. I had the heat on, but it still was not warm enough for me. I decided that I was going to buy a heater a few weeks ago, but I did not think it through. I should have just held it out a few more weeks because it is warm now, and I don’t need the heater. I will be moving to a new apartment before next winter, so I doubt that I will even need the heater that I bought. I feel like I wasted quite a bit of hard earned cash on that silly heater. I wish that I would have never bought it, but it is too late now. I used it for maybe three nights, but then, it started getting too warm in my room, so I had to stop using it altogether. I wish that it had more settings for the heat because it would be nice to be able to control the temperature better. I wish that I could set it to a certain temperature and once it reached that temperature it would turn itself off, but it does not have that feature. I like my bedroom to be about seventy-five degrees, but with that heater, it gets up to about eighty-five degrees in my room even when it is on the lowest setting. I guess I had to learn my lesson the hard way to think things through before I go making relatively expensive purchases.

Sometimes I cut the thermostat down so far that it seems like the whole house should be freezing. But even though the temperature on the thermostat might be turned down really low, it doesn’t seem to help with the humidity problems in the house. I knew that the A/C was supposed to be able to handle most of the humidity in the house, but it just wasn’t doing the job. Sometimes I feel like I’m living in the middle of a rainforest or something. I hate being uncomfortable like that and I really enjoy the air conditioning during the summertime. I bought a really great high efficiency air conditioning system to use in my house but it’s still not able to get rid of all of the humidity that forms in the high temperatures in the summer. I finally got sick and tired of dealing with all of the condensation on the windows. I called our local HVAC company and asked them what I could do to help stop this from happening. The HVAC technician told me that we should probably install a dehumidifier. He also told me that I should check for a clogged up condensate drain line on our A/C unit. Sometimes the line can get clogged up and that can make your A/C unit leak water. I checked and he was right! Our A/C unit was leaking down in the basement and we had condensation on the windows too. It was a terrible mess.

My wife and I scheduled a routine tune up on our HVAC system.

We scheduled the tune up for Monday morning. It was very warm and humid outside, so I was happy we were finally getting the work done. As the temperatures get warmer and warmer, the air conditioner has to work harder to cool the air. It’s always important to have a certified professional perform a tune-up on your system, especially if you live in a part of the country where you will use the air conditioner frequently. My wife and I have been using the same HVAC company for the past 3 years. When the technician arrived to do the work, I let him do his thing. I was working on some breakfast dishes in the kitchen, when I saw him walk through the backyard. He was carrying a bag of tools. I saw the guy slip on a stick and lose his balance. All of a sudden, there was water all over the deck. The HVAC technician fell right into the pool. He was standing in the shallow end when I looked outside. I ran out to the pool with a towel. Thankfully, the guy was laughing. I guess he thought it was just as funny as I did. He finished working on the HVAC tune-up and that was the last I saw of him. I hope he had a dry change of clothes in the truck, because he was soaking wet. It would be awful to work all day in those clothes, especially when they are dripping wet with chlorine water.

My wife and I decided to build an addition in our home.

We built the addition on the side of the living room.

We did some of the work on our own, and we hired a contractor to complete the rest. We also hired an HVAC contractor to install a mini split system in that room. My wife and I knew that adding the extra square footage would put a lot of stress on our current heating and air conditioning system. The building contractor suggested that we add an extra HVAC unit to the room. After much debate and talk, we decided on a mini split system. The mini split system is great, because it does not require any additional ductwork. Part of the system is inside and part of the system is outside. The mini-split HVAC unit is small and powerful. It has a temperature display, dehumidifier function and heat and A/C. The contractor only spent two hours on the installation and then we were ready to add cool air or heat to the room. Adding the addition to our home is really going to add value when we sell. Instead of having three bedrooms, our home now technically has four bedrooms. We want to add an additional bathroom at some point, but the plumber said that was going to cost about $20,000. The only place we have room for more plumbing is inside of the garage and that means tearing up some of the concrete slab. We spent all of our mad money on the addition, so now we have to wait to add the bathroom.

My boyfriend and I have been together for nine months.

We are very happy together.

We have a lot of fun and we share the same goals in life. Both of us are in the teaching program at the college. I want to be a secondary education history teacher, and my boyfriend is studying art and drama. He wants to teach English, art, or play writing. My best friend Sarah is single, and I am always trying to hook her up. My boyfriend has some nice guy friends, but Sarah really doesn’t like blind dates. I finally talked her into meeting one of my boyfriend’s friends. We all got together for dinner and drinks last Friday. I thought Sarah and Jim would hit it off. They both love animals, sports, and fast cars. Jim and my boyfriend have known each other for years and years. Jim doesn’t attend college, but he does have a full-time job and career. Jim is a certified HVAC repairman. Jim works 5 days a week and he has his own car and a house. I know Sarah has been looking for a guy that has his life together, and this certified HVAC repairman fit the ticket. Everyone met at the restaurant and I could see sparks between Sarah and Jim immediately. They sat down next to each other and didn’t stop talking for hours. I don’t know if there will be a love spark or not, but I’m glad my best friend met a decent guy that is fun. This could be the start of a fun foursome.

My brother is a great guy.

He is a few years older than me.

We also have two younger siblings as well. My brother and I were very close when we were growing up. I always looked up to the guy and I wanted to be exactly like him. After high school, my brother attended a college in another state. We didn’t see each other very frequently for a long four years. When my brother graduated from college, he moved back home and we picked up where we left off. We see each other a few times during the week. My brother’s wife and I are best friends. We spend a lot of time together and we usually go shopping on the same day. Last week, my brother came to the rescue in a big way. When the kids got home from school, there was no heat in the house. It was 42 degrees outside and the kids could see their breath in the air. They called me at work and I immediately called my brother. He works for a furnace repair company. I knew he would be able to help. My brother was still working on another furnace repair, but he promised to come by after work. I got home around 6 and my brother was there about 30 minutes later. He had a cup of coffee and went to the basement to check on the furnace. A few minutes later, he came upstairs with a small piece in his hand. He told me that the pilot ignitor needed to be replaced. I knew my brother would have all of the answers.

My wife and I absolutely love to go camping.

We have a huge tent that sleeps eight people and we have three large coolers. We also have a box filled with extension cords, lights, tarps, and tent Stakes. We have no problem making our camping area cozy and fun. We really go camping in the summer, because we live in a state where the weather is extremely hot and humid. Summertime temperatures can reach 100 degrees with 95% humidity. Just walking outside to the car causes me to sweat profusely. When my wife and I decided to join some friends for a summer camping trip, we knew the night time sleeping would be miserable. That’s why we decided to buy a portable AC unit. We spent $200 on our portable AC unit, but it was worth every penny. The AC unit has a small drop pan for all of the moisture. That means we didn’t have to run any hoses or exhaust pipes outside of the tent. We simply ran an extension cord to the portable AC unit and placed it in the corner of our large tent. We made sure to keep all of the windows and doors closed during the day. My wife and I couldn’t believe the difference that the AC unit made. During the middle of the day, it was 93°. Inside of our tent, my wife and I could have taken an afternoon nap in the chilly and frigid temperatures. The portable AC unit did not have a thermostat, but it seemed clear to my wife and I that the temperature was around 68 or 70 degrees.

My dad was a Navy sailor for 20 years.

When he retired from the military, he started a small business.

For the past 15 years, my dad has been building small boats. He has a warehouse on the east side of the bay. The warehouse is filled with many different boat projects. My dad uses the warehouse as a shop and sales room. My dad has built some very large boats for the rich people in town. He is well-known around here as boat guy Bill. I started working in the shop with my dad a few years ago. He paid me a few dollars every afternoon so I could start saving money for a car. It didn’t take long for me to learn some of the skills. I was very interested and building boats and I wanted to follow in my dad’s footsteps. After High School, I started working with my Dad full time. I have been working in the boat building business for 8 years now. Some days are busier than others, and we always have a project or two in the works. Last week, we had to halt production when one of our boilers stopped working. My dad called the boiler repair company. There are only a few companies in this area that have the knowledge to repair large boilers. We got lucky that they could fix the problem without a major repair Bill. Unfortunately, we did receive some bad news at the time. The boiler repair company is going out of business and they are closing down for good in 30 days. That isn’t a lot of time for us to find a new company to service our heating needs.

When I was growing up, I knew that I didn’t want to work at a regular retail job like everyone else. I was completely interested in computers, programming, and websites. I wanted to graduate from high school and start working online. I completed a few college classes on programming and web design. It didn’t take long for me to pick up all of the information. After a year of working online, I started to advertise my services. It took some time to build a portfolio, but now I am regularly working on many different projects. I recently picked up a brand new project. I am building a website for an HVAC contractor. I spoke with the HVAC contractor several different times before we got started. I came up with a few ideas and sent them to the contractor. We agreed on a theme, logo, and website graphics. It took a few days for me to set everything up. The HVAC contractor sent me a 10-page document with all of the information that he wanted posted on the website. Most of the information is basic repairs, troubleshooting, and installation help. The whole project came together in less than two weeks time. I am still working on adding some additional functions to the website. I am currently working on a message board where folks can share their HVAC questions and concerns. The contractor is happy with the job. We recently talked about advertising, SEO, and PPC ads. I think there are a lot of different ways that I can help this guy make money.

I wanted to buy a brand new house in a brand new development at the edge of town. My wife wanted to buy a house in an established neighborhood with lots of tall trees and foliage. We decided to compromise and we bought an older house in an older neighborhood. It wasn’t much of a compromise, but at least my wife was happy with the decision. We’ve been living in the house for about 6 years now. Everything has been fantastic during that time. We put a brand new roof on the house and even trimmed some of the trees from the backyard. We haven’t run into any major issues until recently. The AC wasn’t blowing any cold air, so we contacted the HVAC repair center. We had a repair technician in our home in less than two hours after we made the phone call. My wife and I were not prepared for the bad news that followed. Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air anymore because we needed a brand new air compressor. My wife and I were not happy when we heard the price tag for the brand new AC compressor. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any choice but to spend the money. Once the HVAC system was here when we moved in, I guess we can’t be upset that it has lasted so long. Six years is a long period of time to have no problems at all with the heating and cooling components. In a few years, we will likely need to think about replacing all of the indoor air machines.
