There must be someone who loves me, as I got on Tinder for a few weeks recently and had no matches.

Boo hoo, I’m ugly and nobody wants me.

I have noticed as I approach 56 years outdated that I get a lot less looks than I used to, and when walking with my younger great looking bandmate I notice they all look at him. Oh well, I had my run when I was younger and now have to accept that I am turning into just another outdated lady who walks with her hands behind her back like a prisoner of time. Heating and Air Conditioning system cleaning still loves me because it is always there every day as I report to work for the heating and cooling supplier in town. I’m sure there are some ladies out there who find me charming, but I am going to have to adjust my radar to older ladies now that I am approaching the golden years. There is a pretty Heating and Air Conditioning rep who works at the local company and if I can get the nerve to talk to her maybe I can start up something. I had another married lady ask me for my number, but I am not going to go down that road for evident reasons, as I did it once long ago and have regretted it ever since. It was an Heating and Air Conditioning client of mine when I was a local corporation 20 years ago and it ended up in disaster with them getting divorced and me getting ostracized from several of my friends and her friends. I’m learning as I go I guess.

It is about 15 minutes to 2pm and I should be done with my labor around 2:30, after that my nice friend and I will do my yoga and go to the beach for a bit and get some sun while I eat my salad.

We are playing in the band later, but I am not sure where because last evening the cops scolded us again for playing songs in the streets.

I don’t want them getting angry and taking my component or giving us a big fine, all for just entertaining people and having fun. I’m not sure what to think, my Heating and Air Conditioning rep friend was there last evening working on the commercial air conditioning system when the cops came, and he told them it isn’t right what they are doing. I’m confused because I feel that what my nice friend and I are doing is a nice thing for the world, yet the police seem to suppose differently, and now I don’t know where my nice friend and I can play. I could just quiet songs and labor at the local contractor doing heating and cooling system labor and just get outdated and die. What kind of life would that be? This world needs songs and us songsians need a venue to practice, and playing in the streets is a nice spot because there are people. The heating dealership owner is going to go to the police station and tell them he will supply them a free central heating, ventilation and A/C system if they let us play in the streets again separate from bothering us. I guess you call it bribery, but whatever works right!

 

 

Commercial air conditioning system

Today is Thursday as well as it looks like the cold weather is going to be gone soon.

That means the beaches will fill up as well as the seas will be filled with swimmers as well as life will be fun again on the coast, and my friend and I played last night at the church by the sea as well as the cops came as well as told us my friend and I aren’t allowed to play tunes with amplified sound, so now how do my friend and I practice? It is concerned that they say my friend and I can’t play tunes on the streets, what kind of city do they want this to be without tunes? My heating company told me that my friend and I can play at the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C business to practice but my friend and I like to play outside in the afternoonlight with people walking around.

I need to just regroup my thoughts as well as figure out a plan B for our band. Oh well, I had my run when I was younger and now have to accept that I am turning into just another ancient person who walks with his hands behind his back like a prisoner of time. HVAC system cleaning still enjoys me because it is constantly there every afternoon as I report to toil for the heating and cooling supplier in town. I’m sure there are some girls out there who find me lovely, despite the fact that I am going to have to adjust my radar to older girls now that I am approaching the golden years. There is a pretty HVAC rep who works at the local business and if I can get the nerve to talk to her maybe I can start up something. I had another married lady ask me for my number, despite the fact that I am not going to go down that road for obvious reasons, as I did it once long ago and have regretted it ever since. Heating maintenance

I will write one more of these and then hit the road for a bit.

It is pretty quiet in our village but that is all going to change in the next few nights.

The start of May usually means the start of the tourist season, so this quiet sleepy village is not going to be quiet for much longer. This influx of people adds a refreshing energy though and a lot of the sites in village welcome the current people for giving them added business and income. I will just live the same way I have been, laboring my HVAC tech task each afternoon and continuing my exercise regimen as usual. This week is workout afternoon with my acquaintance and my pal and I will be training our back and biceps around 5pm when the temps drop a bit. In the summer time I usually stay in my flat in the air conditioning till about 6pm because the sunshine is so strong and I don’t like my skin to get too fried from it. I get a lot of yoga and writing done in the summer time because there is nothing else to do when it is so sizzling outside. I like to be in a climate controlled site when the heat comes because it helps to preserve my energy with the nice air conditioning that my pal and I have. Some people in village don’t use air conditioning and I have no idea how they survive sleeping at night when it is 92F and humid out. I have had battles with flatmates about using the air conditioning in the past.

Occasionally I soak in a bath with epsom salts for 45 minutes and then follow it up with some ice on the joints

I had a really fantastic night of sleep last night and it is telling me that I need to have more days like that in the future, i went to bed last night around 11pm and didn’t get out of bed till after 10am this morning. I like to stay in bed longer and rest more on days when I play a lot of volleyball because my body needs more rest than on non exercise days. I am waking up slowly still because my body is reclaiming from all of the energy I spent yupterday playing the sport. The Heating and A/C corporation is closed this week so luckily I am just doing some online labor for the morning and don’t have to worry about bending over cleaning HVAC duct and things like that. I feel by tomorrow I will be better with my pain and will be able to labor without any issues. I just need to shop at this local corporation later and get some food, however other than that my morning is going to be pretty straight-forward. I may go out later and meet my friends on the shore however I am not going to be playing any sports this week, but today is a morning of cooling down the body with cold gel and then heating it up again with a warm shower or even a warm bath. Occasionally I soak in a bath with epsom salts for 45 minutes and then follow it up with some ice on the joints. The HEPA filter sales lady told me about how to relieve joint pain this way and it works great.

 

 

Quality HVAC equipment

This week is a slow afternoon with not much on the slate. I’ve done my work online, my yoga, my Spanish practice, plus I just ate lunch. Now it is about 3:30pm plus I will chill till about 5pm when I go to the beach plus do a little back workout for 15 or 20 minutes. Then I will take my beach chair plus go watch my buddies play volleyball while drinking a cold beer. They will ask me to play a game however I need to rest my knees plus shoulders today plus after that I play tomorrow… Heating plus cooling system repairs are always on the radar, which I will be doing this coming weekend when my associate and I work on a large commercial Heating plus A/C system. Anyway, today is an straight-forward afternoon plus I am just appreciating where I live plus what I have in my life. I don’t have a man in my life however I still feel nice about life plus I feel hopeful that I will one afternoon be in love again with someone special. I will just keep my head down plus do my Heating plus A/C specialist work at the Heating plus A/C contractor plus things will all fall into place. I am healthy plus still fairly young plus just want to love the time I have left because who knows when I am going to kick off, but when I do kick off I want to kick off glad! My boiler filter is not so glad right now plus it needs to be cleaned, which is straight-forward because it’s a washable HEPA filter.

New HVAC

We made a new song called Money and I like how my pal and I got some new emotions out in the song. I’m trying to make some songs with more emotion instead of the goofy child sounding songs we’ve been making. The song is a bit redsy and I suppose it is a pretty cool song sung in a odd way than the other songs on the same topic. My associate and I just keep putting out new songs and keep trying to find our voice as my pal and I practice. My associate and I get company cards tomorrow and will be doing shows in clubs with Heating and Air Conditioning systems this summer, as it gets certainly tepid and my pal and I need some a/c while my pal and I perform in these clubs this summer. In the winter time my pal and I are going to be traveling around in an RV and doing shows all around the country. When winter time comes my pal and I are going to play in clubs with great heaters or fireplaces to keep us warm, mostly in ski resorts in the ski towns. I would like to make a great album next year with our top songs, which are about 8 or 10 so far. The cooling representative told us that our songs are certainly great and that she wants to have us play in the Heating and Air Conditioning corp soon for the workers and buyers, then my associate and I need about five or six more great songs and then I can start putting that album together and see what kind of response my pal and I get from it. I will talk to the heating supplier and see if they want us to do a show next month.
